Comfort Suites Salt Lake City Airport

Okay. I can't say enough good for the staff at this place. They were so kind and accommodating throughout our stay. If I need to stay close to the airport again - I am definitely choosing this place on their team alone. They came quickly when we called from the airport. They were very helpful in storing our vehicle while we were gone for a week and a half. The shuttle drove me over to a convenience store to help me get some cash - since he didn't need to drive anyone else at that moment. And he was so nice. Everybody at the front desk (whether morning, staff, or a week later) were super helpful, and generous. They tried to help us wherever they could - and even went above and beyond with some of our needs and requirements. We seriously were so grateful. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Hard to get them to answer the phone when calling for the shuttle. Rooms were nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable.

Great place! Nice rooms. Good location. Best of all- the staff were great. I didn’t feel like a number they treated me very well.

Would definitely stay here again. Marcia at the front desk was helpful and kind. Our flight was delayed and arrived around 2:15am. When I called for the shuttle, Marcia explained that service had ended at 1 because the night driver was on medical leave, but she nevertheless then secured an Uber for us, which arrived right away. Above and beyond and much appreciated after a difficult travel evening. The room was a smidge beat up but clean and comfortable (didn’t provide shampoo and conditioner, though), and the super-close-to-the-airport location was great. A friendly shuttle driver returned me to the airport in the morning to pick up a rental car, and told me exactly where I needed to go. Didn’t take advantage of breakfast but it smelled and looked good. Happy with the service/stay from start to finish. Note that the shuttle leaves the hotel every hour on the hour, so depending on when your flight gets in, may have a bit of a wait.

We were diverted in the air to Salt Lake from our destination, Seattle, and our flight was then cancelled. This was just after midnight, so booking online was problematic--but we were able to call and easily get a room for the night. The hotel is pretty close to the airport, so quick hop to get there. The lady at the front desk was super friendly and accommodating, and that really made things nice when we were pretty tired; she was great! The room was clean and unexpectedly large, so it was great value for the money. A little buffet breakfast in the morning, and then we were off to the airport again. Overall, the property exceeded my expectations; recommended.

I had a very nice stay at the Comfort Suites Airport in SLC. The room was surprisingly large and a great value for the price. The staff were wonderful — very friendly and accommodating, and they honored my request for a high floor, which I really appreciated. The hotel is tucked away on a quiet side road with a few other hotels nearby, but it’s right next to the freeway and main road, so the noise can be noticeable at times. Luckily, closing the windows helps a lot. Food options around the hotel are pretty limited, but the airport shuttle is super convenient and a big plus.

There are two locations with the Comfort Inn SLC Airport name. The desk clerk- Jose, will NOT tell you this initially. With that said, we called to confirm our reservation. We were told we did not have a reservation. I then made a reservation for our stay. When we arrived, we were told we had two reservations and that we probably called the alternate Comfort Inn SLC Airport when trying to confirm the reservation. The desk clerk, Jose, did NOT offer that there is an alternate Comfort Inn SLC Airport location and we might check for a reservation there. Consequently, we had to PAY for both reservations. My frustration is we were NOT offered the alternate Comfort Inn SLC Airport number to verify a possible reservation and Jose, the desk clerk, did NOT call the alternate hotel to check for a reservation and assist us before a second reservation was made. There was NO information provided about this common, per Jose- the desk clerk, mistake until we were doubled booked. However, the desk clerk-Jose, was certain to point out this is a common mistake and we should NOT be disallusioned with his service provided. When I got loud with Jose the desk clerk, due to frustration and trying to resolve the issue. His only statement was that I was being videoed. Jose did NOT ever offer assistance or helpful information. BE CAREFUL!!! Jose and all Comfort Inn SLC Airport desk clerks need training concerning customer assistance. I feel this location scammed us.

Not the best area but the staff was all professional & went out of their way to make our stay great. The air fresheners were way too strong & made us all cough & teary eyed but other than that, it was wonderful. The coffeeshop down the street is a must visit (it's only open until 2 though so go early!). The price was right for all the space, free breakfast, & free airport shuttle. We'd definitely return!
